Chapter 9
FeatureThe Minstrels' Gallery gains a great shelf of new Tales, one lay for nearly every corner of the realm, and a Watched ribbon marks the ones you have seen. Explorers can now save their journey by signing in with Pera Wallet or Lute, and the privacy policy can be read from the loading card.
New
A Watched ribbon on Tales
A Tale you have watched nearly to the end now wears a red wax Watched band in the Minstrels' Gallery. It is remembered on your device only and never sent anywhere; the privacy policy has been updated to say so.
Save my journey
Save your journey: sign in with a wallet and your progress is kept on chain. Open Journey in the top bar and connect Pera Wallet or Lute; signing in takes one signature per device, never a transaction. Your play becomes public and linked to that account, so a fresh account just for the realm is best.
Work the Royal Mine
A mine where signed-in explorers can work for $DUCAT, a memecoin, not affiliated with the Algorand Foundation. Click the Royal Mine once you have saved your journey.
New tales
New Tales in the Minstrels' Gallery
The Minstrels' Gallery fills with Lays of the Realm: Urtho walks the Capital and the Citadel, his own tower, the Courier Post, the Silent Scriptorium, the Piazza dei Notai, the Cartographers' Guild, the Guild Row, the Customs Quays, the Royal Signal Observatory, the King's Roads, the Consensus of the Realm and its great Happenings, and a slow walk For Travellers Who Would Touch Grass. Castle lays visit Tinyman, Folks Finance, Reti, Haystack and its Alchemist's Tower, Orange, PEX, Lofty and HesabPay's Hawala House, plus The Castles of the Realm; each castle's panel lists its own.
Changes
Privacy policy on the loading card
The loading card now links to the privacy policy beside the release, so you can read it before the realm appears.
Under the hood
New Tales can reach an open gallery without reloading the page, and an update of the site now interrupts the realm for a second or two instead of about half a minute.
